In 1968, Nicholas Tulli stepped into the world of entrepreneurship through the auction business a venture that embraced all kinds of goods and deals. What began as a single endeavor soon grew into a lifetime of diverse success, expanding into industries such as automobile sales, limousine services, and window installation just to honorably mention a few! Through each chapter, my Dad demonstrated the power of adaptability, the art of communication, and the natural gift for the game!

I would like to believe I have inherited not only his entrepreneurial spirit but also his hunger to evolve. While earning my Business Law degree from California State University, Northridge, I began to carve out my own path within the film and real estate industry, helping bring creative visions to life behind the scenes and helping people start their next chapter in life!

I step into real estate with a fresh perspective, a strong foundation, and a genuine passion for helping others build something lasting.

Inspired by my father’s journey as a self-made entrepreneur across auctions, cars, and real estate, I grew up surrounded by deals, leadership, and the value of adaptability. Now determined to carry that legacy forward offering clients not just a service, but a thoughtful and trustworthy guide through one of life’s biggest decisions.
