In 1968, Nicholas Tulli stepped into the world of entrepreneurship through the auction business a venture that embraced all kinds of goods and deals. What began as a single endeavor soon grew into a lifetime of diverse success, expanding into industries such as automobile sales, limousine services, and window installation just to honorably mention a few!  Through each chapter, Nicholas demonstrated the power of adaptability, the art of communication, and the natural gift for the game! Qualities that left a lasting impression on his family.

His youngest kin, Anna Tulli, inherited not only his entrepreneurial spirit but also his hunger to evolve. Earning her Business Law degree from California State University, Northridge, graduating in 2023. While Anna found her footing in real estate, she also carved out her own path within the film industry, joining a production team where she helps bring creative visions to life behind the scenes.

Rooted in legacy yet guided by modern ambition, Anna continues to blend her legal insight, creative direction, and business sense to forge new opportunities and to creating a lasting impact both on screen and in the housing market.
